Help Roseville Arts help our Neighbors

ROSEVILLE, Calif., November 11, 2009—Roseville Arts is supporting one of its community partners, the North Roseville R.E.C. Center by helping it provide 300 low-income families with food and toys for the upcoming holiday season.   From November 16 through December 12, Roseville Arts is inviting Blue Line Gallery visitors to contribute new unwrapped toys and non-perishable food items to help in the effort.  In appreciation, contributors will receive a 20% discount in the Blue Line Gift Gallery.  The Blue Line Gallery is glittering with a wide variety of artfully crafted one-of-a kind gifts for every taste and price range.

WHAT:                  Food & Toy Drive to benefit 300 low-income families participating in the North Roseville R.E.C. program
WHEN:                 November 16thDecember 12, 2009
WHERE:                The Blue Line Gallery, 405 Vernon Street, Roseville, CA—Tuesdays-Saturdays 10am – 5pm
WHY:                    To provide a toy for every child and enough food in each basket to share as a family during the holidays



ABOUT NORTH ROSEVILLE R.E.C. CENTER
The R.E.C. Center sustains a healthy, stable environment that makes available to the children of the North Roseville neighborhood a Community Center that provides Recreational, Educational, and Creative activities as well as referral assistance in obtaining social services at no cost in a positive atmosphere that allows disadvantaged at-risk youth to reach their full potential. 90% of the youth served fall below the poverty guide line.
