Students to Read Their Original Verse
ROSEVILLE, CA, November 4, 2010— Sierra College creative writing students will read their original writings during a public reading at the Blue Line Gallery on Tuesday evening, December 1, from 6:00 until 9:00 pm.
The public is invited to come hear Sierra College’s latest, up-and-coming literary artists before they become FAMOUS. Students from creative writing classes taught by Professors Michelle Johnson, Kent Fortin, Jason Roberts, Andrea Neptune and Barbara Nelson-Burns will get the real experience of sharing their writing beyond the four walls of the college. Often this is the turning point for many to continue forward composing for future listeners of the spoken word. As many as 30 different readers, styles, perspectives will be shared.
