Absolutely Abstract

Five member artists featured at Blue Line Gallery

ROSEVILLE, Calif., August 21, 2009—“Absolutely Abstract” will open at the Blue Line Gallery’s WestPark Gallery during 3rd Saturday Art Walk on September 19.

The show brings together abstractions painted in contrasting styles and medium by five member artists who live locally but whose credentials boast local to international recognition. Artists Elma Jella, Nancy Langhorn, Gregory Morss, Gayle Rappaport-Weiland and Michael Smith were juried into this member exhibit by a panel of their peers.

A public reception with live music, refreshments and demonstrations by the featured artists will celebrate the exhibit’s opening on September 19, 6:30-9pm, at the Blue Line Gallery. All artwork is available for purchase, with a portion of funds supporting the programs and services of the non-profit Roseville Arts.
