Artist Shane Grammer and representatives from the North Roseville R.E.C. Center and Roseville Arts Blue Line Gallery met with interested teens from the NRREC after school on Monday, September 21, to learn more about the artist’s work and his plan for their participation in the mural project. Participating youth, Shane Grammer and volunteers worked on the mural September 22, from 3:00 until 8:00 pm.
